Frequently asked questions
The things buyers ask first.
Standard catalogue: from 20 pcs/SKU. Custom and OEM/ODM MOQs depend on tooling and finish — typically 100 pcs per design. We're happy to combine multiple designs into one mixed container to help you reach volume.
Sampling: 10 working days. Production: 35–55 days for catalogue items, 60–75 days for new OEM/ODM tooling, counted from deposit and final sample approval. We reserve capacity for repeat partners — tell us your ship-by date and we'll confirm feasibility in writing.
Yes. The first sample is charged at cost (we cover labour; you cover materials and courier). Once a sample is approved as the production standard, we credit the sample cost against your first purchase order.
30% deposit on PO, 70% balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading. We accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. Terms for established repeat partners can be discussed case by case.
As a direct manufacturer we provide full export documentation with every shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, fumigation certificate, phytosanitary certificate. Product test reports can be arranged on request.
Yes. We work to your dimensions, materials, weave patterns and finishes, and produce custom packaging, hang tags and export cartons to your spec. We have an in-house design team and a dedicated sample workshop for OEM/ODM development.
FOB Quy Nhơn is our standard term. We also arrange EXW, CIF or DDP through our long-term freight forwarder — most EU and US partners use us for door-to-door. We handle fumigation, loading supervision and container photos before departure.
We welcome factory visits. We host visits 4 days a week (Tue–Fri) — book through the contact form. We will arrange transport from Pleiku (45 min from Pleiku airport) and a walk-through of the full process with our team.
