The things buyers ask first.
Standard catalog: 50 pcs/SKU for retail clients, 200 pcs/SKU for wholesale partners. Bespoke and private-label MOQs depend on tooling — typically 100–300 pcs per design.
Sampling: 10 working days. Production: 35–55 days for standard catalog, 60–75 days for new private-label tooling. We hold capacity for repeat customers; talk to us if you need it faster.
Yes. First sample is at cost (we cover labor, you cover materials + shipping). Approved-as-bulk samples are credited back against the first PO.
30% deposit on PO, 70% against B/L copy. We accept TT and L/C at sight. For partners with ≥3 successful programs, we extend net-30 on the balance.
BSCI, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, FSC chain-of-custody, Fair Trade member, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and Sedex SMETA 4-pillar audited. Reports on request.
Yes — dimensions, materials, finishes, embroidery on cushions, custom packaging, swing tags, retail-ready cartons. We have an in-house design team and a sample workshop dedicated to bespoke.
FOB Quy Nhơn is standard. We can also do EXW (factory pickup), CIF, or DDP through our long-term forwarder. Most EU and US clients use our forwarder for door-to-door.
Please do. We host visits 4 days a week (Tue–Fri) — book through the contact form. We will arrange transport from Pleiku (45 min from Pleiku airport) and lunch with the team.
