What we're good at
- Full FF&E programs from a single weaver: bedroom kit, lobby, F&B, pool, spa — one PO, one factory.
- Phased delivery against your opening schedule — mockup rooms by month 2, floor 1–4 by month 4.
- UV-stable synthetic rattan that survives ten years of Phú Quốc salt air without changing colour.
- Repeating SS / AW programs for hotel groups — same chair, every property, every year.
- On-site QC visits welcomed — we have hosted procurement teams from Marriott, Hyatt and Bensley on the floor.
What we're not for
- Single-room replacement orders under 20 pieces — sub-MOQ for our line speed.
- Sub-30-day rush builds — we will not put the IKEA line on hold to ship 8 chairs by Friday.
- Procurement teams that require pricing through a third-party bidding portal we cannot speak to humans on.
