From a tearsheet on Tuesday to a sample on Friday.
Bespoke is not a service we offer — it is half of what we do. Forty-seven one-offs this year, from a 4-metre woven screen wall in Hà Nội to a single signed armchair for a Singapore collector.

A piece, from sketch to maker mark.
Ten weeks is typical. Six is fast. Fourteen is honest if the weave is intricate. Here is what every Tuesday looks like once a commission is in motion.
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 0 | You send a sketch, mood board, or tearsheet |
| Day 1 | Linh confirms feasibility + ballpark price (one paragraph email, no slides) |
| Week 1 | CAD drawing + material proposal · 2–3 weave samples sent by DHL |
| Week 2 | Sample prototype on the bench in Pleiku · video posted to your project channel |
| Week 4 | First piece complete, photographed under controlled light · approval |
| Week 6–10 | Production run · numbered editions · the maker mark stamped into the frame |
A sampling of one-offs from the last year.
Each piece numbered. Each provenance card signed by Linh and the master weaver. Studios above are happy to take a reference call — ask Linh.

Every piece. Every weaver. Every village.
Stamped into the frame, recorded in a provenance card your client keeps. The weaver's name, the village, the date the loom finished. We have done this since 2019 — the year we decided anonymity was not honest craft.
- Village of origin (12 villages across Việt Nam)
- The master weaver's name
- Run number for editions (eg. 003 / 024)
- Month the loom finished

Bespoke is not for everyone.
- Bespoke from a sketch — we have made 47 one-offs this year, from a 4-metre woven screen wall to a single armchair for a private collector.
- Numbered, signed editions — every piece gets a discrete maker mark stamped into the frame with the village name and run number.
- Direct line to Linh, our bespoke lead, and through her to the master weaver. No middleman, no agent.
- Material swatch kits sent by DHL — six rattan weaves, four bamboo diameters, five timber stains, free for studios.
- CAD drawings + 3ds Max files + Sketchup blocks delivered with every commission — drop into your renders.
- On-site visits welcomed — bring your client to Pleiku and watch the piece come off the loom.
- IKEA-grade pricing on small runs — bespoke costs more, that is the trade.
- CMF specs we cannot physically test in Pleiku (eg. solid metal, glass casting).
- Sub-30-day rush builds — the craft is the bottleneck, not the factory.

Send a sketch, a tearsheet, or a photo of something you've seen. I'll come back inside 24 hours with a yes / no / 'let's talk', a feasibility note, and a ballpark price written in plain words.
Send the sketch. Linh will reply in 24 hours.
No deck, no pitch. A photo or a hand drawing is enough to start the conversation.
