We are 142 people in a 6,000m² workshop in Pleiku, Gia Lai. We make chairs, lamps and lounge sets that ship to fourteen countries. We pay fair, train on the job, and close the floor on Tết.
No equity, no foosball table, no nap pods. We do other things instead.

Quarterly skills workshops. Senior weavers paid to mentor. Apprenticeships that lead somewhere.
Average tenure 11 years. We close the floor on Tết and we know each other’s families.
Every chair is woven by hand. Your name goes on the maker mark. The forest grows back.
Most roles are based at the workshop in Pleiku. One is based at Quy Nhơn port. Two are open to remote in Asia or EU timezones.
Lead the custom line for hospitality and residential commissions. Five+ years of weaving experience. Trained on the loom; trained on the eye.
Be the human voice of the workshop for European clients. Quote, sample, follow up, ship. Owns the relationship from first call to second order.
Last set of eyes before a container leaves Quy Nhơn. Pull a chair off the line, take it apart, sign it off — or send it back.
Two-year programme. Paired with a senior weaver from day one. No prior experience needed — patience and good hands are.
Lead a small studio designing custom hospitality and contract pieces. CAD-fluent, hand-sketch fluent. Travels to client sites four times a year.
Based at Quy Nhơn port. You own every container from the moment it leaves Pleiku to the moment it clears the customer's broker.
If you've been weaving for a decade, or you've sold furniture into Europe before, or you just want to learn — we hear from people we don't have a role for, and we keep them in mind.
