About the role
You sit between production and shipping. Every container that leaves our gate is signed off by you or one of your two colleagues. You catch the things the production line did not.
Day-to-day you pull a 2% random sample from each SKU, take it apart, photograph it, and either approve or reject. Rejected pieces go back to the line lead with a written note. You write the QC sheet that ships with every container.
What we're looking for
- Two+ years in furniture or textile quality control
- Comfortable disassembling and reassembling rattan furniture
- Detail-oriented; you do not skip steps when nobody is watching
- Conversational English (you will be writing QC sheets in EN)
- Eye for finish quality — colour consistency, weave tension, joinery
What we offer
- Salary 12–17M VND / month, plus monthly QC-pass-rate bonus
- Annual review with target raise of 8–12%
