About the role
We are hiring our first dedicated product designer. You will lead a studio of two — a junior designer and a CAD technician — designing custom pieces for hospitality and contract clients.
Your week splits roughly: 40% client briefings and concept sketches, 30% CAD and technical drawings, 20% on the workshop floor with the production team, 10% travel.
What we're looking for
- Five+ years in furniture or product design
- Fluent in CAD (Rhino preferred, SolidWorks acceptable) and hand sketching
- Conversational English required; French / Italian a strong plus
- Portfolio showing custom or commission work in furniture or interior products
- Willing to spend significant time in the workshop, not just behind a screen
