About the role
You will lead the custom-order weaving team — typically 6 to 10 weavers at a time, on projects ranging from a single signed piece to a 200-unit hospitality fit-out. Most of our custom work goes through your hands first.
You report to the Production Manager and work closely with the design lead on sample iteration. Most days you are at the loom; some days you are reviewing weave density on a sample, or talking to a junior weaver about technique, or sitting in a sample-approval call with a client in Paris.
What we're looking for
- Five+ years of professional weaving experience, including at least two years on custom or commission work
- Fluent in Vietnamese; conversational English a plus (for client calls)
- Comfortable reading a technical drawing, including weave-density specifications
- A steady hand and clean eye for variation — you can spot a 2mm difference in cane diameter
- Patient with apprentices; willing to teach what you know

- Salary 15–22M VND / month, depending on experience
