About the role
You sit at the port, not the workshop. Every container we ship — typically 12 to 20 a year — is your responsibility from the moment it leaves Pleiku to the moment it clears the customer's broker on the other end.
You handle freight bookings (we ship through three forwarders), the export documentation, on-site loading supervision, and incident response when something goes wrong at the port.
What we're looking for
- Three+ years in shipping, freight forwarding, or export logistics
- Comfortable with HS codes, certificates of origin, fumigation certificates, FSC chain-of-custody paperwork
- Conversational English required
- Live in or willing to relocate to Quy Nhơn (we will help)
- Calm under fire — ports are messy
