About this piece

Storage Cabinet — Woven Front is woven by hand at our Pleiku workshop from cane cut in the Central Highlands. The frame is kiln-dried FSC hardwood, the weave is done on the loom by a named craftsperson, and the finish is a water-based lacquer that keeps the grain visible.

It is built for contract use: the same piece ships to hotel groups and to retail programmes, on the same line, through the same QC bench. Sizes, colours and weave patterns can all be changed for your order — this listing is the standard build.

How it works

Order processing

Every order runs through the same five steps, whether it is a hundred pieces or a full container. You get a named person on the sales desk from the first email to the packing list.

  1. Enquiry — send the piece, the finish and the quantity. We reply within one working day with FOB pricing, MOQ and an honest lead time.
  2. Sample — a physical sample leaves Pleiku in 7–14 days. Sample cost is credited back against a bulk order.
  3. Confirmation — 30% deposit by T/T or L/C at sight. Production slot booked the same day the deposit lands.
  4. Production & QC — photos from the floor every week. Final inspection before packing; you are welcome to send your own inspector.
  5. Shipping — FOB Hai Phong or Cát Lái. Full document pack travels with the container.
Where it is made

Inside the workshop

Six thousand square metres in the Trà Đa Industrial Zone, twenty minutes from Pleiku. A hundred and forty-two people, four production lines and a QC bench that has passed IKEA’s IWAY audit six years running.

The weaving itself is not mechanised and never will be. Machines cut frames, sand and finish; hands do the weave. You can visit any working day, or ask for a live video walk-through of your order on the floor.

  • Natural rattan — Phú Vinh cane, six weave patterns, natural or dyed.
  • Synthetic Viro — UV-stable, twelve colours, for outdoor and poolside.
  • FSC ash / oak frames — five stains, chain-of-custody certified.
  • Finishes — water-based lacquer, oil, or UV-stable poly.

Every cane we harvest is replanted at a ratio of one to three, across five grower cooperatives in Kon Tum and Đắk Lắk. Audited yearly.

Cartons are barcoded and labelled to your spec. Every container leaves with the full paper set so nothing stalls at port:

  • EUDR due-diligence statement
  • Fumigation certificate where the destination requires it
