Most distributors run a 40HQ every quarter. Some run a mixed SKU 40HQ every six weeks. Our container fill optimiser drops the right mix into your packing list.

What we're good at
  • Long-running partnerships — our average distributor has been with us 6 years. We do not switch partners on you for a higher bid.
  • Exclusive territories possible (see map) — once we commit, we do not white-label into your market.
  • Predictable repeat shipments — most distributors run a quarterly cadence: PO month 1, ship month 3, replenish quarter 2.
  • OEM / private-label under your own brand, your own packaging, your own warranty card.
  • Full export documentation included — FCO, FSC, CO, phytosanitary, EUDR, IWAY, ISO. No surprises at port.
  • Direct factory pricing — no agent, no trading desk, no 8% middleman margin.
What we're not for
  • Markets where we already have an exclusive partner (see map above) — we will not undercut them.
  • White-label resale into our existing direct retail accounts.
  • Container loads under 20FT — sub-MOQ for ocean freight efficiency.
  • Buyers who want to mark up 4× and pay 60 days net — we are happy to be the cheaper supplier, not the bank.
